visited the dentist today and those bits tt actually dropped off ydae was dirt!!! how can tt be?? i brush my teeth twice everyday.. the only reason i could think of is not visiting the dentist since i was Pri.6!!! gosh it's almost a decade!!

The conversation goes like this...


Dentist: It's actually a small problem, I just need to do some cleaning for you.

Me: okay, but issit painful?

Dentist: It'll be a lil painful cos there's quite a bit.

Me: alright..


So, the scaling (cleaning) started & all those eerie sound that you can think of came off & i was veri tensed up!! lotsa blood were lost while rinsing & the bloody smell of my mouth suck!! but overall it's painful yet bearable compared to the facial process... then polishing of the teeth & it turned out white & sparkling !! NO PAIN NO GAIN hur!!!


I swear I'm gonna go for every 6mth appt from now on ;)
